Shady company that does not stand behind their Warranty/Protection plans.
Quality is just ok...
Do not let them upsell you on any protection plan as they will not honor
had an issue that clearly fell under protection, and they won't honor.
Buy Love Sac where at least you can replace sections if needed.

Comfortable. Sturdy. Stylish. You won’t be disappointed. It’s everything I wanted in a reading chair. Too bad my dog likes it too.

We purchased this sectional just over a year ago and I am not in love or happy. Love the color, but that is about all it has going for it. The cushions have not held their shape. It looks rather sloppy. The cushions don't stay in place and because of they have lost shape the two pieces don't rest together anymore. I will now have to find a company to make inserts so that we have a sofa.
